Manage various Major Systems (both avionics and vehicle systems) across multiple programs. Direct the organizations day-to-day operations and responsible for integrating supply chain initiatives. Ensure release plans and commodity strategies support development, production and sustainment for all programs. Assure adequate capabilities, competencies and capacity in the supply chain to meet demand. Develop, train, and promote workforce vitality. Manage procurement groups for request for proposal (RFP) activity, negotiations, awards, post subcontract award - supplier performance for assigned components, services and commodities. Manage procurement group to meet program targets/estimates at completion (EACs), small business goals, etc. Manage and influence critical path releases of SOWs and plans to align with required schedules and supplier lead times. Develop and implement long term agreements (LTAs) and category strategies for assigned commodities, services and/or components.
