Parking Supervisor – Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the parking team and assigned departments Lead by example, representing Splish Splash’s core values Act as a mentor and coach to team members Ensure compliance with company policies, industry best practices, and safety procedures Perform essential duties of all parking positions and backfill as required Participate in hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching, and discipline of employees Ensure all required meal and break times are provided in accordance with NY law Assist with team scheduling and timekeeping activities Welcome guests, guide them to open parking spots, and maintain parking efficiency Handle POS financial transactions accurately and in compliance with PCI standards Assist guests with questions, complaints, and parking guidance Manage vehicle placement, trash cleanup, and overall lot upkeep Coordinate emergency services and special event parking details Support other Guest Experience departments as needed Perform other duties as assigned by leadership Pay Rate $19 / hr. Education & Experience No education requirements. 1+ year related work experience preferred. Language Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English. Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
