Job Description Job Description Report to the Quality Assurance General Manager. Responsible for resolving quality issues with customers and ensuring timely resolution. Lead corrective action within manufacturing process Travel includes approx. 2 trips to Mexico a year. Great opportunity to come in and make changes to internal processes to improve quality and implement preventative measures. Wonderful team to work with. Great environment and culture. Requirements: Must have 5+ years of problem solving experience within a manufacturing environment. Automotive manufacturing would be a plus. Excellent communicator Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint needed.
