he Quality Control Associate plays a critical role within the Quality Team, performing routine quality checks on vitamin gummies, tablets, capsules, powders, and IV products . This position focuses on inspecting products and packaging, documenting quality results, and ensuring products meet established quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vitamins, gummies, pills, powders, and IV products for quality and consistency.
- Perform routine visual and physical quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Verify product labels, lot numbers, expiration dates, packaging, seals, and quantities.
- Collect and accurately record quality-control samples and inspection results.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records, logs, and documentation.
- Identify, document, and report product defects, discrepancies, or deviations.
- Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
- Work closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant production environment.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to maintain product quality and consistency.
