About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Personal Training to lead and oversee the personal training operations across a multi-state region. The successful candidate will be an executive-level leader with a strong focus on driving revenue, member experience, and team performance. This role is pivotal in building and scaling teams, optimizing recurring revenue models, and influencing pricing, service design, and overall personal training strategy. The Regional Vice President will be responsible for ensuring operational consistency, coaching and developing market managers, club leaders, and trainers, and spending significant time in the field to improve KPIs across the region. Strong financial acumen is essential for this position, as the role involves unpacking business performance and implementing strategies to enhance client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Personal Training position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of executive-level leadership experience in a relevant industry, with a proven track record of managing multi-unit operations.
