Counter Sales Representative

Location: Melbourne, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $20/hr with no flooring experience

$21/hr with flooring industry experience

We are looking for a Counter Sales Representative to join a busy flooring operation in Melbourne! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and wants to build a career in the flooring industry.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers with flooring products and selections
Provide excellent customer service at the sales counter
Answer questions and provide product information
Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately
Assist with inventory and general showroom organization
Work closely with customers, vendors, and the sales team

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flooring industry experience is a plus, but not required
Previous counter sales, retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is helpful
