Previous Charge Experience: Years of Experience: 2

Patient Ratio Experience: Charting System Experience: Required Cerner

Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA, NCCT, NBSTSA or NCCT

Skills: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortobifemoral bypass, Aortocaval fistula repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Arteriovenous malformation surgery, Atherectomy, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid artery stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), CVOR, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, General OR*, Hybrid OR, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Laser Safety, Mediastinoscopy, Mitral valve replacement, Organ donation*, Pericardial window, Specimen Handling/labeling, TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair), Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure, VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery), Vein stripping*

Unit Details:

Scheduling Type: - Call Required: after 2:30pm, weekends and holiday

Weekend Coverage: Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: varies based on staffing

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Daily Census: 10-15 patients per day

Number of Beds: 8

Travel Compliance: RTO required with submission, expect to work some holidays Pending license accepted with submission, must be active before start Local Radius: 50 miles Local Rule: not accepted Charting: Cerner experience preferred Hard document due date: 3 business days prior to start. May be flexible on a case by case basis if CL communicates pending docs/ETAs to facility contact by doc due date. An on-site drug screen will be conducted with the following panels: Amphetamine, Barbiturate, Benzodiazepine, Cocaine, Meth, Methadone, Opiates, Oxycodone, PCP, Marijuana, and Buprenorphine. Failure will result in a cancelation or assignment.
