Team Assistant (Fine Dining-Dallas)

We are seeking a Team Assistant to support our professional service staff by providing all supplies, assisting with expo, bussing, clearing dishware, polishing silverware and glassware, and setting tables for service. This is a fast-paced role that requires teamwork and a proactive approach. Previous hospitality experience and a record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment are preferred. Why us? Compensation Hourly and tips. (18–25 USD per hour) Training, Education & Experience Restaurant experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of wait staff and guest needs. All Ambassadors are required to have a telephone number where they can be reached. Minimum Qualifications Must be able to stand for 9 hours. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear. Professional and accurate communication. Long Description Of Responsibilities/Duties Perform job functions in accordance with performance standards. Perform Team Assistant opening duties and closing duties as directed. Maintain dining room cleanliness and safety; report any issues to Leadership. Assist servers with cleaning and re-setting tables. Set up and maintain service support stations. Maintain, clean, and restock restrooms throughout the shift. Properly dispose of leftover garbage, stack plates, wrap glasses, separate silverware, and dispose of duty linen. Pre-set large parties and prioritize table re-set with host department. Inform host department or Leadership of table availability. Restock plates, flatware, and glassware to assigned areas. Attend all Ambassador meetings and bring suggestions for improvements. Always maintain clean and professional appearance. Work with a teamwork mindset.
