Project Assistant, RHTP Population Health

Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities supporting the RHTP Population Health initiative to ensure timely progress on grant deliverables. Support implementation of grant activities by coordinating with internal UNE staff statewide subrecipients and external partners escalating issues to senior staff as appropriate. Coordinate logistics for statewide trainings meetings and events including preparation and execution of in-person virtual and hybrid formats. Prepare meeting agendas assemble meeting materials attend meetings and record and distribute accurate meeting minutes. Draft edit and format routine program communications reports manuals and newsletters using established templates and guidance. Assist with creation and maintenance of program materials including program web content and visual resources following branding and accessibility standards. Compile organize and retrieve program data and documentation from digital systems in response to routine and special requests. Arrange travel and accommodations for program staff and partners in accordance with University policies and grant requirements. Assist the program team in tracking deadlines and documentation related to federal grant requirements to support compliance. Maintain adherence to University of New England policies procedures and safety requirements. Travel to out-of-town trainings or meetings up to 23 times per year. Perform other related duties consistent with the level and scope of the position as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines in a deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel including the ability to format documents and manage basic spreadsheets. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills sufficient to prepare routine reports correspondence and meeting documentation. Demonstrated organizational skills including maintaining records tracking materials and coordinating logistics. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty staff external partners and community organizations. Valid drivers license and ability to travel independently to off-site meetings or trainings. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting grant-funded programs or projects. Demonstrated basic graphic design or visual content development skills. Experience working with community-based organizations public agencies or health-related programs.
