The Assembler fabricates, assembles, and packages high-quality stainless steel utility carts and related products, ensuring each unit meets established quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate stainless steel utility carts and related products according to specifications and production requirements.
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to assemble components accurately.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.
• Package assembled products securely to prevent damage during storage and shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and housekeeping guidelines.
• Follow standard procedures and guidelines consistent with Standard Assembler Level 2 requirements.
• Collaborate with production team members and support general labor tasks as needed to meet daily output goals.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid tenure and consistent work history.
• Proficiency in mechanical assembly tasks.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to operate power tools in a production setting.
• Capability to perform general labor duties in support of production operations.
• Experience working in a production environment with established processes and workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for assembly purposes.
• Qualification at Standard Assembler Level 2 or equivalent experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience assembling stainless steel or metal products.
• Familiarity with quality checks and visual inspections in a production setting.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility focused on producing stainless steel utility carts and related products. The position operates on a first shift schedule, but 2nd shift is also available.

This is a Permanent position based out of Waukesha, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.34 - $20.34/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Waukesha,WI.
