The Scion Group LLC is seeking a General Manager for our South Bend property to lead daily operations, drive revenue, and manage a team of associates. This role combines business acumen, community leadership, and hands‑on problem solving in a fast‑paced, student‑living environment. The GM will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and facilities teams to ensure staffing, budgeting, inspections and resident experience meet Scion standards and strategic goals across the property. #J-18808-Ljbffr
