Essentia Health - Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a board certified or board eligible Urologist to join our esteemed and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity within a stable, clinician-led organization that values excellence and collaboration.

• Competitive Compensation : Starting base pay of $650,000 with an opportunity to earn beyond. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
• Supportive Team Environment : Work alongside a collegial team of 1 Urologist and 3 Nurse Practitioners.
• Balanced Workload : Admissions are managed by the hospitalist service, with a manageable call schedule of 1:4.
• Operational Efficiency : Benefit from dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week, supported by a well-trained and efficient OR staff.
• Advanced Support : Our Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients.

State-of-the-Art Facilities

• Level II Trauma Center : Providing comprehensive care with advanced technology.
• Cutting-Edge Equipment : Including 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics.
• Integrated Care : Clinic, ER, OR, and hospital are all within the same facility, ensuring seamless patient care.
• Robust Referral Network : Built-in referral pattern from a large health system with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area.
