Opportunity: Board Certified-Urology

Join a collegial team of 1 Urologist and 3 Nurse Practitioners in this established urology practice. This position offers an excellent balance of clinical and surgical work with the support of advanced practice providers.

Job Details:

Work in a supportive team environment with 1 Urologist and 3 Nurse Practitioners

Enjoy a balanced workload with admissions managed by the hospitalist service

Manageable call schedule of 1:4

Dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week in the OR

Support from well-trained and efficient OR staff

Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Starting base pay of $600,000-$650,000 based on experience with opportunities to earn additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation.
