Director, Corporate Strategy

Job Description Summary The Director, Corporate Strategy supports key priorities of the enterprise strategy agenda including strategy development, cross‑functional enterprise initiatives, and enterprise critical routines. Responsibilities Partner and collaborate with senior leaders inside and outside the department. Be a critical project team member on identified priorities, driving own work‑stream effectively with limited guidance. Conduct analysis and provide initial recommendations for workstreams, identifying pragmatic solutions. Demonstrate increasing understanding of the function’s priorities and surface opportunities to achieve them. Drive relevant analysis and insights, both individually and with the help of PS/OUs/Functions, and share results in digestible form to the Operating Committee. Lead a network of peers and/or consultants toward end‑products and clear deliverables for specific workstreams. Rotate across priorities, multi‑task, and leverage relationships with key business partners. Qualifications 7‑9 years of business experience in strategy, finance, or other generalist fields. Graduate degree in business, strategy or a related field. Ability to work efficiently in a diverse cultural environment and influence at all levels. Strong problem‑solving and hypothesis‑driven analytical skills. Team player willing to help others during projects. Analytical with attention to detail yet able to prioritize in ambiguous situations. Capable of rotating across priorities, multi‑tasking, and managing stakeholder relationships. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including synthesis, visual communication, and white‑paper writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
