Executive and Team Assistant

Landmark Roofing is looking for an experienced executive administrator to join our dynamic team and take on the responsibility of being the liaison between our top management and the sales team. The ideal candidate will be professionally assertive and is comfortable being independent and making decisions to ensure all operations are carried out timely and accurately. Responsibilities Responsible for reviewing schedule on both daily and weekly basis to ensure goals are being met within company Responsible for communicating lead assignments to appropriate employees Coordinating office events Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. Provide direct support to both CEOs with professional needs like coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules. Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts. Purchasing office supplies and maintaining proper stock levels Keeping management and executive team informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information’s, and identifying trends. Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office Qualifications Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager High School Diploma Must have exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Benefits Health, Dental and Vision insurance options available
