The Supply Manager manages PBGC’s supply center operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, real‑time logging, and support for copy/print areas and event setups. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee inventory management and SOS system compliance (98% real‑time logging). Conduct quarterly physical inventories and support audits. Supervise restocking of copy/print areas and removal of non‑standard items. Respond to ServiceNow tickets and escalate shortages or vendor issues. Coordinate supply‑related support for events and signage needs. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience in inventory or supply chain management. OSHA Safety Training (required). Inventory Management Certification (preferred). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
