Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to maintaining a friendly and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback thoroughly in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
