Maintenance Supervisor – Vintage at Aliso Apartments (Aliso Viejo, CA) Job Summary Responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring the physical integrity and safety of the community, managing on-site personnel, and maintaining resident satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to keep the property safe and well‑maintained. Respond to and resolve maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, glass, and screen repairs. Conduct unit turnover, painting, and cleaning activities. Provide on‑call support for emergencies and manage overtime and weekend work as needed. Supervise on‑site maintenance staff and provide guidance and training. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment communities. Proven supervisory experience in maintenance services. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience & Education Plumbing and electrical repair expertise. Light carpentry, glass and screen replacement skills.
