Retail Store Team Leader (Part-Time) - Mission Viejo, CA

Overview Part‑time Team Leader – The Shops at Mission Viejo, Mission Viejo, CA. You will create the ultimate guest experience while inspiring the builders of tomorrow. Responsibilities Provide training to enhance the team’s ability to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales. Enhance profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information. Assist with appropriate and effective space‑management techniques. Maintain the store graphics system (including pricing) with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales. Ensure all fixtures are replenished. Evaluate and communicate competitor visual‑merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to grow the business. Train Sales Associates on visual‑merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines. Empower and develop a high‑performance team by sharing LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values. Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values. Deliver employee training, cash handling, inventory/sales auditing, point‑of‑sale automation, merchandise maintenance, and visual merchandising. Qualifications Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment. Employee training delivery. Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing. Proficiency with point‑of‑sale automated systems. Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising. Physical Specifications Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30lbs. Must provide availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of four days.
