• Trauma 1 
• ASAP Start
• Supervised Practice - 4:1
• Schedule: 5x8's - ONLY
  • Open to Locals that want PRN as well.
• Cases:  Ortho, general, endo, gyn, minor vascular and neuro - NO hearts, heads, OB , sick peds, open heart and transplants.  Possibly some healthy peds
• Call:  None
• Will consider New Grads
• Credentialing: 30 days w/ clean file for locums privileges. 
• REQUIRED - Will rotate between all facilities:
  • Toledo Hospital
  • Flower Hospital (community hospital)
  • PWOSH (ProMedica wildwood Ortho Spine Hospital)
  • Bay Park
  • Genito Urinary Surgery Center
  • Possible intraday travel but very rare.
