• Day shifts with night call coverage -- 5 pm - 7 am
• High acuity patient population
• Hospital setting
• EVH and first-assisting skills required
• Open hearts -- CABG, valves, complex aortic repairs
• Thoracic cases -- mostly robotic
• ICU and stepdown management required
• Vacation coverage
