• 24-Hour On Call: $2,730 per 24 Hours
• Call Back: $500/hour

• Outpatient Clinic: 4-5 Days Per Week
• Preferred Coverage: 2-4 Weeks Onsite Per Month
• Call Rotation: At Least 1:4
• Call Week: Friday at 8:00 AM-Friday at 8:00 AM
• Weekend Call Coverage Required as Part of the Call Rotation
• Onsite Hospital Rounding Required During Call Weekends
• Tumor Board Attendance Required During Onsite Working Weeks

• Adult Patients Only
• Approximately 15-20 Patients Per Day
• New and Follow-Up Oncology Patients
• Benign Hematology Patients
• No Pediatric Patients

• Provide General Community Medical Oncology Care
• Provide Hematology Care
• Manage New and Follow-Up Oncology Patients
• Manage Benign Hematology Patients
• Provide Outpatient Clinic Coverage
• Provide Inpatient Call Coverage
• Perform Inpatient Rounding During Call Coverage
• Attend Tumor Board During Onsite Working Weeks
• No Procedures Required

• Provider Will Not Work as the Sole Provider
• Full-Time Registered Nurse
• Medical Assistant
• Chemotherapy-Certified Registered Nurses in the Infusion Clinic

• Board Certified - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Medical Oncology / Hematology - Required
• Ohio Medical License - Preferred
• Candidates Requiring Ohio Licensure May Be Considered
• General Community Medical Oncology Experience - Required
• Hematology Experience - Required
• Professional References - Preferred
• Providers With Recent Locum Experience Should Provide a Reference From Their Most Recent Locum Assignment
