Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to a competitive annual compensation structure)

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert Hematology and Oncology care across a variety of cancer types, including breast, colon, lung, and prostate
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting 54 specialties, including surgery, ENT, urology, pulmonology, and more
• Participate in outpatient clinics and inpatient consults, sharing a 1:4 inpatient call schedule with call compensation
• Utilize advanced EMR systems and access to Mayo Clinic Care Network resources
• Support clinical trials, genetic counseling, and patient navigation programs
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered cancer program with newly expanded facilities and state-of-the-art equipment

What You Need:

• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility
• BC/BE in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused skills
