• License/Certs: Board-certified Otolaryngologist (ENT)
• Experience: Proven experience in ENT practice preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please note this may be for administrative purposes, actual salary discussions will follow)
• Competitive base salary ranging from $515,000 to $800,000 annually, plus wRVU bonuses

What You ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive ENT care across a wide referral network with minimal competition
• Manage an average patient panel of 20-30 patients daily in clinic
• Perform surgeries at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, or Findlay Surgery Center
• Utilize advanced surgical technologies, including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
• Collaborate with an onsite audiology team and other specialty providers (e.g., Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery)
• Participate in inpatient management with support from a care team and advanced practice providers
• Take backup call only, with APPs covering primary calls
• Contribute to a supportive, flexible, and physician-centered work culture
• Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio medical licensure and board certification in Otolaryngology
• Experience in comprehensive ENT care and surgery preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
