• Experience: Preferred 2+ years in outpatient rheumatology practice

Pay & Benefits:

• Compensation: Base salary of $300,000/year (up to $500,000 with productivity bonus)
• Additional bonuses: $50,000 signing bonus, potential wRVU bonus
• Relocation & Loan Repayment: Up to $10,000 relocation assistance; options for loan repayment assistance
• Continuing Education: $5,000 annually for CME and certification
• Paid Time Off: 248 hours (vacation, holidays, CME)

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care in a modern, well-equipped outpatient setting
• Manage your own patient panel, selecting patient types and age groups
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across specialties
• Participate in weekly CME sessions and Mayo Clinic programs
• Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation
• Leverage Mayo Clinic resources including eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert
• Enjoy practice autonomy and influence clinic operations
• Optional teaching for medical students and APP trainees
• Support inpatient needs with in-house hospitalist team when necessary

What You Need:

• Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one
• MD or DO degree, Board Certified or eligible in Rheumatology
• 2+ years outpatient rheumatology experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
