Caddie Program Manager | Ed Oliver Golf Course - Summer 2026 - On-site

Western Golf Association/ Evans Scholars Foundation Reports to: Coordinator, WGA Community Caddie Programs Travel: Ed Oliver Golf Course Compensation: $25/hour (20-30 hours per week) Start Date: May 1 st , 2026 End Date: August 2026 (Start and end date can be flexible) Job Responsibilities Under direction of Coordinator, WGA Community Caddie Programs, the program manager will support all associated efforts managing the caddie operations at Ed Oliver Golf Club. Support students through scheduling work, developmental feedback, and promoting and marketing their services to the golfers at Ed Oliver Golf Club. Serve as youth caddie trainer conducting both virtual and in-person sessions and provide supplemental training at Ed Oliver GC as needed. Promote and develop skills for participants as they acclimate to Schedule loop assignments and report times for students, including loop tracking and processing of subsidized base caddie fee, through the ClubUp Application and other necessary tracking. Assist in tracking students in the Caddie Scholar Prep pipeline in collecting caddie round data, academic progress, application preparation and additional support in line with established best practices and protocols throughout the season. Follow up with staff at Ed Oliver GC and coordinate caddies’ schedule based on need and demand at the Weekly reporting to Coordinator of WGA Community Caddie Programs. Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring most of the following qualifications: Strong belief in and commitment to Evans Scholars Foundation’s and the J Wood Platt Scholarship Trust mission and vision. Experience working with students in a teacher/mentor Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, Classroom, etc.) or a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn. A drive to meet, understand, and establish genuine relationships within the community, staff, golfers, as well as partner organizations. Completion of background check and completion of ESF approved training course on student safety and Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic Strong writing and presentation skills in individual and group Ability to navigate complex relationships and interact comfortably with caddies, parents, golfers, and/or golf professionals and staff. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and lists at once, prioritize best opportunities, and present ideas to internal and external constituents Ability to solve problems and operate in situations where only limited standardization Knowledge and enjoyment of the game of golf would be Experience working with high school students, especially from underserved communities, would be #J-18808-Ljbffr USI Insurance Services
