Job Description Manage civil defense litigation matters from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents. Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments. Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and settlement conferences. Participate in trials and appellate matters. Analyze discovery, medical records, and case documentation to evaluate liability and exposure. Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel. Provide timely case strategy updates and litigation reports. Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to deliver outstanding client service. Qualifications Active Florida Bar license required. 1+ years of civil defense litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Experience managing litigation matters preferred. Trial preparation experience is a plus. Experience with case management software preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
