LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Attorney for a contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience advising healthcare clients on regulatory compliance, operational matters, healthcare transactions, and contractual issues affecting providers, hospitals, and healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare-related agreements
• Advise on HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and related regulations
• Support audits, investigations, and compliance initiatives
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
• Assist with healthcare transactions, provider agreements, and operational matters
• Partner with business leaders and healthcare professionals to mitigate legal risk

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar license
• 3+ years of healthcare law experience
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
• Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills
• Prior law firm or in-house healthcare experience preferred

Pay Details: $90.00 to $110.00 per hour
