Contract Length: 2 months, with strong likelihood of extension or conversion to full-time Job Descriptio nWe're looking for a Desktop/Endpoint Engineer to join our IT team on a contract basis, supporting the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of our device fleet — desktop and mobile. This role combines hands-on endpoint engineering with occasional service desk support for fleet-related hardware and performance issues Responsibiliti esManage and deploy software packages using SCCM, Intune, NinjaOne, or similar endpoint management platfor msDevelop and maintain best practices for mobile fleet deployment and manageme ntSupport MDM enrollment for iOS and Android devices, including device policy configuration and maintenan ceProvide service desk support for tickets related to fleet hardware, drivers, and performance issu esTroubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues across desktop and mobile environmen tsCollaborate with the IT team to maintain consistent deployment and configuration standards fleet-wi Requireme ntsHands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, NinjaOne, or an equivalent endpoint management platf ormExperience with MDM enrollment and policy configuration for iOS and Andr oidSolid understanding of mobile fleet deployment and management best practi cesWillingness to work service desk tickets as needed, particularly hardware/driver/performance iss uesStrong troubleshooting skills across desktop and mobile environme #J-18808-Ljbffr ZEEKTEK
