Build, Engage, and Grow Our Driver Community
Are you energized by connecting people with meaningful opportunities and fostering lasting relationships? Join our Milwaukee, WI team as a Recruiter , where you’ll play an integral role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting the professional drivers who keep our transportation network moving. This position is key to driving growth, engagement, and long-term driver success.

- Create and implement effective strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
- Meet hiring and onboarding targets through proactive outreach efforts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Represent driving opportunities at local events and recruiting initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring journey
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and orientation for Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Guide candidates from application through onboarding and vehicle readiness
- Ensure a welcoming, efficient, and positive onboarding experience
- Develop strong relationships with active drivers
- Provide ongoing support to improve driver satisfaction and retention
- Address driver concerns and connect them with the right resources
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance engagement and retention strategies
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities
- Track hiring performance, onboarding progress, and retention metrics
- Share insights and updates with leadership teams
- Assist with additional workforce and operational initiatives as needed
- Background in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-focused
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
- Passion for helping individuals succeed and grow long term
