Required Licenses & Certifications

California Medical License: Active CA license required
DEA: Active DEA required before start
BLS: Required
Board Certification: Required
Board Eligibility: DO candidates may be considered if truly BE, generally within 5 years of residency

Clinical Requirements

Primary care experience
Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients
Minimum 18 patients per day
Must maintain timely chart completion with records closed within 72 hours
No call responsibilities
