This is an outpatient, panel-based primary care role designed for providers who are comfortable managing complex medical needs within a fully integrated, team-based model. The Opportunity You ll practice in a collaborative setting supported by: 2 dedicated Medical Assistants per provider 0.7 RN support Integrated Behavioral Health Chiropractic services Telehealth specialty consult resources This is comprehensive, community-centered medicine structured to support quality outcomes and sustainable provider workflow.
