StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25

This facility is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Full-time outpatient clinic coverage; Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm (8 hours/day), no call; 4 weeks/month required

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Oncology/Hematology clinic; clinic attached to chemo treatment center and hospital

• Type of cases and required procedures: Hematology/Oncology patient care; providers must provide 2 years of inpatient case logs to qualify for privileges

• Credentialing timeframe: September start possible with temporary privileges for clean files; otherwise, October start anticipated

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Not specified

• Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Licensure required: Active California state license and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) required; Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
