We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and visitors while also supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Greet customers and visitors in a professional manner
• Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and office documentation
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and paperwork
• Help track orders, freight, and operational records
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customers as needed
• Support day-to-day office and logistics operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
