Service Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to support customer requests, service arrangements, and day-to-day coordination activities. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys managing details, researching information, keeping processes organized, and helping ensure customers receive accurate and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer requests and service details throughout the coordination process

Communicate with customers to gather necessary information, preferences, and service requirements

Research available services and options based on individual customer needs

Assist with coordinating reservations, services, and related arrangements

Review reservation and service information for accuracy and completeness

Communicate with service providers to confirm details, availability, and requested arrangements

Maintain organized records of customer information, requests, reservations, and updates

Provide customers with confirmations, updates, and important service informationTrack outstanding requests, changes, and follow-up needs

Assist with modifications, special requests, and routine service issues

Identify missing information or potential concerns and take appropriate follow-up action

Help resolve routine issues by researching available options and solutions

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and service providers

Support a smooth and organized customer experience from initial request through completion

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Clear and professional written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple requests, details, and priorities

Strong research and information-gathering abilities

Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach

Comfortable working with online systems and digital communication tools

Comfortable learning new systems and processes

Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively

Reliable follow-through and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in customer service, operations, coordination, hospitality, reservations, administration, or a related field is helpful but not required
