What You'll Do

• Provide expert consultation and treatment for benign hematology cases
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams delivering comprehensive cancer care
• Participate in hospital-based patient consultations and follow-up care
• Support clinical research initiatives and contribute to ongoing studies
• Remain engaged with continuous education and adherence to MD Anderson standards
• Utilize advanced technology platforms for patient management
• Share weekly call rotation with regional physicians

What You Need

Required:

• Medical license to practice in Louisiana
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
• Strong clinical skills in benign hematology and cancer care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a multidisciplinary oncology environment
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records platform
