- Shifts available: Weekends Beeper call only - need at least 1 a month
- Specific requirements/restrictions: The provider must have current experience with circumcisions; NC license only; bylaws don't allow for IMLC; clean history and must be able to perform the required skills listed; Physicians are required to provide supporting notes listed on their timesheet entries to verify Call Back hours and Overtime hours submitted; Overtime hours must be pre-approved by a manager or designee; Telephone calls and medical record reviews should not be considered on site call back; Call-back time does NOT include travel time to or from where they are being housed when responding to a hospital request; Physician is not required to be on-site while providing Call Support
- Number of deliveries: Average # of deliveries per year
- OB Procedures: Low risk pregnancy; High risk pregnancy; FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE; OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic); Amniocentesis; Routine delivery-Vaginal, Decision-making for c-section; Complicated delivery: C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions; Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
