Role Source and recruit top‑tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly‑growing company. Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data. Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process. Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks. Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative. Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members. Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes. Requirements 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology company. Proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware‑focused roles. Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline. Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness. Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data‑driven decision making. Exceptional organizational skills and great follow‑through on tasks. What we offer All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits. Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional‑grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
