The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements, and helping patients understand the value of their dental care.
Our goal is to provide an exceptional patient experience while helping patients move forward with the treatment they need.
Job Expectations & ResponsibilitiesMoving patients through the care process and helping them afford dental care
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
Previous dental office experience preferred.
Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant, or Front Office Coordinator is a plus.
Knowledge of dental terminology, common procedures, and treatment planning.
Familiarity with dental insurance, benefit breakdowns, and patient financing options.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and following up with patients.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment.
Reliable, professional, punctual, and self-motivated.
Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus.
