Customer Service Manager

Become part of the excitement.As a Manager Customer Service, you will oversee customer service, administrative, operations, and logistics staff in the branch to help the Company achieve its sales, financial and service goals.In this role you will:Assist the Branch Manager in managing resources within the branchSupervise and mentor customer service, administrative, warehouse, and transportation functionsStaff all service and administrative functions and monitor performance of related employeesImplement customer-facing service solutions and e-commerce solutionsSet branch schedules, establish procedures, and resolve service failuresCollaborate with Branch Manager in managing profitability, expenses, and assetsWhat you bring to the table:SAP and Microsoft Office experienceSupervisory and leadership skills; ability to motivate and support a teamProblem solving and conflict resolution skills5+ years experience required2 year degree preferredCompensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $85,000 annually depending on experience.
