Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description Inventory Accuracy & Discrepancy Resolution
• Investigate inventory discrepancies identified through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Review transaction histories, inventory records, and alternate storage locations to determine root causes of inventory variances.
• Perform inventory adjustments in LEAN/MRP System and QuickBase following established procedures and submit adjustments for management approval.
• Support ongoing inventory accuracy initiatives and corrective actions. Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Manage warehouse locations and coordinate inventory consolidation activities to improve storage utilization, picking efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within LEAN and related systems.
