Client Services Associate

Join a growing private investment and wealth management firm focused on delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys building client relationships, supporting advisors, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries (non-investment related). Support client onboarding, account opening, maintenance, and documentation. Process client-directed money movement requests and account transactions. Prepare client reports, presentations, and service materials. Partner with advisors and internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently. Assist clients with digital platform enrollment and ongoing support. Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity. Contribute to operational initiatives, process improvements, and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred. Experience in client service, operations, or relationship management within financial services, wealth management, asset management, or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable working with financial data, reports, and documentation.
