We self perform the full scope of sitework, including site clearing, excavation, sanitary and storm sewer, potable and reclaimed water, fire lines, underdrain, stabilization, subgrade, curb, base, paving, sidewalk, hardscape and irrigation. Long tenured, family owned company with six decades of steady work in one of the fastest growing markets in the country Consistent backlog of residential and roadway projects, so you stay local and stay busy year round Self perform model means you run your own crews and equipment instead of chasing subs Competitive pay, full benefits, truck or vehicle allowance and paid time off Real path to General Foreman and Superintendent Job Details Lead concrete crews on curb, gutter, sidewalk, flatwork, inlets, structures and related site concrete Read and interpret plans, grades and specs, and lay out work accordingly Schedule labor, equipment and material deliveries to keep production on pace with the project schedule Own daily quality control, forming, placement, finishing and inspection readiness Requirements 5 or more years running concrete crews in site development, heavy civil or roadway construction Strong plan reading and grade and layout skills Working knowledge of FDOT and local municipal specs preferred Proven ability to lead, train and hold a crew accountable in a production environment Valid driver's license with clean record, plus OSHA 10 or 30 preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
