Job Summary:
A leading confidential brand is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join its HR team. This role will be responsible for managing payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and various HR operations initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for employee questions
- Oversee leave management and related documentation
- Support various HR Operations and employee-related initiatives on an ad-hoc basis
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are completed efficiently
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in payroll, benefits, and/or HR operations
- Experience with TriNet strongly preferred
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
