Speech-Language Pathologist – NJ DDD | Consistent Long-Term Caseload | Oxford Consulting Services

Oxford Consulting Services is hiring part-time SLPs to provide in-home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). These aren't short-term cases. DDD clients stay with their providers long-term — often for years. You build a caseload once and you get to see the work you do make a lasting difference.

· Real therapeutic relationships. You'll get to know your clients, their families, and their histories — not just their files.
· You control your hours. Work as little as or as much as you want to (up to 24 hours per week). You can build your schedule around your life

· Cases statewide — You can match your availability to clients near you.
What You'll Do:
Provide Speech-Language Pathology services to adults (21+) with developmental disabilities in homes, group homes, and residential settings across New Jersey. Evaluate communication and language function, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
Requirements:
Active NJ SLP license
ASHA CCC-SLP
1+ year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently in community settings
