Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Base - $20/hr licensed. Range: $45-75K.
