Finance & HR Administrator A well-established industrial services company is looking for a Finance & HR Administrator to serve as a key operational anchor for the business. This is a broad, hands-on role that spans bookkeeping, accounting operations, HR administration, and day-to-day office management. It reports directly to senior leadership and is well suited for someone who likes variety, takes ownership, and wants to be a central part of a tight-knit team. Highlights Base salary up to $95K Fully onsite in Darien, IL with strong work-life balance Direct visibility with the President and VP-level leadership Broad scope across finance, HR, and operations in a stable, long-tenured organization Small team environment where your work has a real impact Well-established company with over 75 years in business Responsibilities Process weekly accounts payable, record customer payments, and manage account reconciliations in QuickBooks Reconcile job profitability and maintain accurate commission schedules Communicate daily with VP Finance on cash position, payroll, and operational updates Lead HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations Manage personnel matters including scheduling, coverage, and employee records Coordinate with leadership on corporate insurance coverage and vendor relationships Oversee general office operations including communications, corporate events, and cross-functional coordination Requirements Bachelor's degree required 8+ years of bookkeeping and operational accounting experience High proficiency in QuickBooks, Office 365, and Adobe Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, cash applications, and account reconciliations Familiarity with HR best practices and employment regulations Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of discretion Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a similar industry is a plus A great fit for someone who wants a stable, well-rounded role where they can own both the financial and people operations of a growing business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
