Payrate: $27-$31

Position Specifics

• • Competitive pay

• In home, one-on-one private duty nursing.

• Full time and part time available.

• More personable nursing with one patient- allowing focus and dedicated time to providing excellent hands on care.

• We offer train-up programs for ventilator and trachs to meet patient needs and to allow nurses to advance their skill set.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices or current Registered Nurse (RN).

• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

• Current CPR and BLS card.

• One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred but not needed.
