What You'll Do Support day-to-day influencer outreach and coordination for active campaigns. Help identify and evaluate potential creators based on campaign goals and guidelines. Maintain organized records of outreach, responses, and key influencer details. Assist with putting together clear campaign briefs and reference materials for internal teams and talent. Support basic monitoring of live content to ensure it aligns with expectations and timing. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, or a closely related area. Strong interest in beauty; experience or interest in fashion or lifestyle is a plus. Deep familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and an active interest in creators and trends. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once.
