Marketing Specialist

CTW Cayman (“CTW”) is a Nasdaq-listed global gaming platform company focused on delivering anime IP-based HTML5 games through its flagship platform, G123 . Originating in Japan, CTW partners with leading Japanese IP holders to bring high-quality browser-based and mobile-friendly gaming experiences to players worldwide.

As CTW accelerates its expansion in the U.S. and North American markets , the Company is building dedicated in-house marketing leadership to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand growth in Western gaming markets.

Role Summary

As a Marketing Specialist for U.S. Market Growth at CTW, you will drive digital marketing campaigns, user acquisition, and brand development for G123 in North America. This role requires bilingual Japanese-English proficiency, strong digital marketing skills, and the ability to collaborate across international teams to expand our gaming platforms' reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase G123 brand awareness and user engagement in the U.S. market.
• Support user acquisition, digital advertising, content marketing, and game promotional initiatives.
• Research and evaluate new advertising channels, gaming media networks, and marketing partnerships.
• Coordinate campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and gaming communities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, acquisition).

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in both Japanese and English, including business communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing.
• Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns and coordinating with internal or external partners.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, digital advertising, and online audience engagement.

Preferred Qualifications：

• Experience in gaming, anime, entertainment, or digital consumer products.
• Familiarity with Japanese anime culture, IP licensing, and entertainment marketing.
• Experience working with Japanese companies or collaborating with Japan-based teams.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, paid media, and user acquisition strategies.
• Experience with North American gaming communities, creator partnerships, or gaming events.
